- A clear, unedited unboxing video should be provided when raised a return request for us to check and proceed.
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
- Items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings and pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons).
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
3. Return Process
- Customers must contact support within the eligible time period.
- Provide order details and clear images of the product issue.
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect products, subject to availability.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
