  • A clear, unedited unboxing video should be provided when raised a return request for us to check and proceed.
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
  • Items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings and pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

3. Return Process

  • Customers must contact support within the eligible time period.
  • Provide order details and clear images of the product issue.
  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect products, subject to availability.

6. Cancellation Policy
